Sr. Manufacturing Engineering - Assembly

JCB is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering - Assembly to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tools, and machines to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in assembly operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and continuously improve existing ones, mentoring junior engineers, and leading cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly operations
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing documentation tools
• Problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience implementing CAPEX projects
• Experience with ERP and MES systems
• Experience with PFMEA or risk assessment tools
• Experience with logistics engineering or material flow optimization activities
