Job Description
JCB is seeking a Team Lead - Production Control to oversee the daily activities of team members responsible for delivering materials to line-side to prevent manufacturing part shortages when material is available. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma. The role involves leading and developing the team, participating in cross-functional problem-solving teams, and maintaining 5S practices and procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate a forklift or tug or demonstrate ability to learn
