Welding Engineer - San Antonio, Texas

Welding Engineer position at JCB in San Antonio, Texas. Responsible for leading and controlling the welding process across the factory, recruitment, training, and skill development for welders, and implementing safety processes and practices on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in field of welding technology
• Three years of weld Engineering experience in relevant industry
• Two years of experience in field of manual and automated welding
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
• Proficient with welding technology, application and related processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impressive listening skills
• Ability to influence the shop floor employees to drive safe working conditions
