Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant role in Whitefish, Montana, working part-time 60% with an increased schedule of 30-40 hours per week during tax season. Responsible for greeting clients, answering phone, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ year of administrative experience in a mid-size office, in an accounting Firm or a similar work environment
• High school diploma; higher level education, preferred, or a combination of qualifications and equivalent clerical or office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and time and billing software
• Excellent planning, decision-making and organization skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
