Sales Planner

JCDecaux is seeking a Sales Planner to facilitate the sales process with internal departments, manage contracts and timelines, and troubleshoot issues. The role will support two National Account Directors of Sales and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Support two National Account Directors of Sales in daily tasks.
• Assist SVP of Sales with various projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the sales process.
• Track due dates and ensure timely completion by all parties.
• Update and verify accuracy of client contracts.
• Complete necessary paperwork for sales flow.
• Forward creative information for approval upon receipt of PDFs.
• Develop proficiency in HIVE & VIOOH systems for booking campaigns, requesting avails, and creating posting instructions.
• Troubleshoot daily issues such as computer glitches and client needs.
• Generate location lists and maps for clients/agencies.
• Maintain progress charts of advertisers’ timelines for Account Executives.
• Create detailed presentation decks in PowerPoint.
