Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience working with international suppliers is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools; advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
