Job Description
Jois Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator for over 38 years. This role involves developing cost estimates for projects, reviewing for quality and completeness, and training junior staff. The company is a professional Construction Management company specializing in various disciplines and serving over 250 projects. Responsibilities include cost data management, training, and support of development of cost estimating database.
Requirements
- Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates for all project phases.
- Review cost estimates for quality and completeness.
- Ensure proper storage and retrieval of all project data.
- Train junior staff in cost estimating.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
