Growth Executive – Department of War & National Security

JCS Solutions is seeking a Growth Executive to lead business development and capture initiatives across the Department of War and national security clients. This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and advancing strategic opportunities across federal IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital modernization programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, national security, public policy or related field
• 10+ years of federal business development, capture, or growth experience with exposure to defense agencies, military service, combatant command or national security customers
• Demonstrated success managing the full federal capture lifecycle
• Knowledge of federal procurement and contract vehicles
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
