Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, develop, and motivate staff
• Confident interpreting KPI and sales data to support commercial decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success driving sales performance and contributing to KPI achievement in a retail environment
