Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, develop, and motivate staff
- Confident interpreting KPI and sales data to support commercial decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success driving sales performance and contributing to KPI achievement in a retail environment
