As a supervisor at GO Outdoors, you will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve customer service levels throughout the store. You will also assist in the supervision of staff and deal with managerial processes on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail/customer facing environment
- Passionate about retail and hold a good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors
- Previous experience of coaching and mentoring individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards on the shop floor
