Crewing Coordinator position at Atlantic Towing responsible for ensuring vessels are crewed with properly certificated and qualified seafarers. Responsible for arranging crew changes, planning and managing crewing personnel functions, and maintaining seafarers' records.

Requirements

• Arrange crew changes and all crewing requirements
• Plan and manage day-to-day crewing personnel functions
• Prepare payroll summaries and maintain seafarers' records
• Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in on call rotation
• Participate in workforce planning and budgeting process
• Participate in seafarer selection and employee engagement activities
