Requirements
- Strategic Sourcing: Conduct research and analysis to develop optimal sourcing strategies for your assigned portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide accurate, timely advice to internal teams to ensure progress and schedule adherence.
- Supplier Management: Oversee pre-qualification, engagement, negotiations, and performance management to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Procurement Events: Develop and execute RFIs and RFPs, managing sourcing events to meet cost and schedule objectives.
- Contract Management: Prepare contracts, lead or support negotiations, draft executive briefings, and manage post-award administration.
- Commercial Administration: Manage purchase orders and invoice reviews to ensure accuracy and first-time match compliance.
