Project Support Specialist

The Project Support Specialist will manage Production Deliverables, lead efforts to efficiently execute Ship Repair Production milestones, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. They will also provide departmental oversight, facilitate meetings, and monitor production KPIs.

Requirements

• Provide departmental oversight to track and close inspection actions
• Manage OQE coordinators and ensure inspection deliverables meet Canada requirements
• Facilitate weekly production and customer meetings
• Monitor and report daily production KPIs
• Co-facilitate the Plan of the Day and manage production questions related to safety and compliance
• Deliver and manage the production leadership onboarding program
• Operate within approved workforce plans
• Collaborate with management teams on assigned projects
• Ensure safe operation of people and assets
