Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), the Resource Coordinator manages core resourcing data, coordinates resourcing requests, and supports PMO planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Manage core resourcing data by owning and maintaining the Team Work Book
- Coordinate resourcing requests by receiving and validating submissions from Program Managers
- Support PMO planning and reporting, including generating weekly demand vs. capacity summaries
- Assist with staffing pathways by preparing administrative inputs for hiring or subcontracting options
