Technical Trainer

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for mechanics and maintenance personnel. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating hands-on training plans, delivering engaging classroom and shop-floor training sessions, and mentoring apprentices and junior mechanics.

Requirements

• Develop, update, and maintain training programs
• Create hands-on training plans
• Deliver engaging classroom and shop-floor training sessions
• Provide refresher and upskilling training for experienced technicians
• Maintain accurate training records
• Mentor apprentices and junior mechanics
• Partner with shop supervisors to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness
• Continuously improve training programs
