Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quality Engineer to lead and enhance our quality systems across product development, manufacturing, and supplier management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and proactive in preventing defects while building scalable quality processes in a fast-paced, high-growth clean-tech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering within manufacturing, electronics, or hi-tech industries.
• Strong experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
• Proven experience in supplier quality management and manufacturing process validation.
• Proficiency in MS Business Central (Dynamics 365 Business Central) for quality tracking, reporting, and ERP-driven process management is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and quality data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and change control processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality excellence.
• Experience with ISO-based quality systems or similar frameworks is an asset.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE) are a plus.
