Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead projects and teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years of field supervision experience, with a strong understanding of Lean principles and construction management.
Requirements
- Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
- Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
- Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
- Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
