Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking an Estimating Manager to prepare cost estimates and provide comprehensive deliverables for major projects. This role requires autonomous decision-making, strong communication skills, and collaboration with stakeholders. Requirements
- Perform quantity surveys, read and outline project specifications, and maintain an audit trail.
- Develop material and cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track value creation.
- Utilize knowledge of project schedules and logistics to support project estimates.
- Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiate proposals.
- Develop and manage scopes of work for all trades and create pricing and coordination.
- Work collaboratively to improve project profitability.
