Field Engineer, Mission Critical

JE Dunn's Field Engineer 2 will support construction activities for routine projects, ensuring efficient and effective completion of planned work. The role involves supervising a crew as a working foreman, participating in safety planning, and developing knowledge of company best practices and construction techniques. The successful candidate will build relationships, develop communication and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the success of a project.

Requirements

• 2+ years construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of crane flagging and rigging
• Knowledge of organizational structure and available resources
• Knowledge of the means and methods of construction management
• Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy
• Proficiency in required JE Dunn construction technology
