Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 to provide overall direction and leadership for a complex project. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors, implementing project workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position offers autonomy, career advancement opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture and create awareness.
- Manage the JE Dunn prestart process.
- Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedules.
- Ensures approved submittals are returned to subcontractors.
- Coordinates with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials.
- Coordinates with Risk management to ensure approvals.
- Coordinates various stakeholders of the project.
- Disseminates change requests to subcontractors.
- Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
- Leads various meetings.
- Completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.
- Prepares project schedule with the Project Superintendent.
- Prepares monthly cost and margin forecast.
- Interfaces with region/company legal counsel.
- Builds relationships with team members across various departments.
