Superintendent 1

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects. The role involves managing materials and equipment, assisting with team members, ensuring completion of projects, and ensuring timely profitability. Autonomy is encouraged, with supervision available when needed. It's a leadership position offering career advancement opportunities for potential Supervisors and 2's.

Requirements

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Communication skills, verbal and written (Intermediate).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate).
• Ability to apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
• Knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.
• Ability to build relationships with team members that transcend a project.
• Proficiency in project management and accounting software.
• Ability to apply Lean process and philosophy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work (Intermediate).
• Demonstrated knowledge of self-perform and labor productivity.
