Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. The role involves managing teams, planning construction sequencing, and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent 3 will also be responsible for safety culture, subcontractor management, and quality compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- 8+ years construction experience
- 5+ years field supervision experience
- Experience with Lean principles (Preferred)
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
