Job Description
The Superintendent 3 will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity, managing the team, planning construction sequencing, and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8+ years construction experience
- 5+ years field supervision experience
- Experience with Lean principles (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
