Job Description
The Superintendent 3 will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity, managing teams, planning construction sequencing, and meeting project goals for timely and profitable completion.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- 8+ years construction experience
- 5+ years field supervision experience
- Experience with Lean principles (Preferred)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value sports projects with a value exceeding $200M
