Job Description
We are seeking a Traveling Project Manager to provide overall direction and leadership on moderately complex projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction management experience and a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Requirements
- Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture
- Manage the JE Dunn prestart checklist form
- Support the preconstruction team
- Manage submittals and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Logistics and risk management
- Disseminate change requests to subcontractors
- Prepare and submit change requests to owners/architects
- Lead various meetings
- Complete monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process
- Prepare project schedule
- Manage materials, labor, and procurement logs
- Identify potential schedule impacts and facilitate mitigation plans
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
- Prepare monthly cost and margin forecast
- Participate in project budget development
- Lead overall project closeout process
