Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute projects with complexity. This role focuses on team management, safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring timely and profitable project completion in support of company strategy and values. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, decision-makers, and contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Responsible for project or project portion management.
- Facilitate and manage subcontractors.
- Implement work plans and adjust as needed.
- Monitor project budget and costs.
- Track and monitor project timecards.
- Supervise pre-punch activities.
- Participate in procurement/approval processes.
