Job Description
The Inmate Worker Crew Lead (SO) provides supervision and training for inmate workers in kitchen sanitation, commercial laundry operation, custodial services, and landscape activities. The position involves screening, assigning, supervising, and evaluating tasks of inmate workers, as well as maintaining inventory and purchasing supplies. The role is responsible for maintaining sanitation compliance and proper tool and chemical inventories.
Requirements
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in commercial or industrial laundry operations, landscape maintenance and/or custodial service work
- GED or High School Diploma
