JELD-WEN is looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for the processing of salaries and social benefits as well as related payments for employees in France. The Payroll Manager will also provide support to the local HR team and senior management in matters related to payroll.
Requirements
- Prepare files used for transmitting payroll data internally and to TMF
- Prepare payroll variables by collecting and analyzing all necessary information
- Control and perform data related to the elaboration of the payroll in different Excel files
- Follow up on employees' sick leave/insurance, salary attestations, declarations on Net'entreprise as well as employer supplements
- Perform cross-sectional dossier tasks such as salary entries
- Perform pre-venture dossier tasks with our supplier and ensure proper follow-up of the dossier
- Perform calculations of various bonuses
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the European payroll manager
- Effectively process internal employee requests
- Ensure good communication with external authorities in charge of payroll, or other approved authorities for payroll-related matters
- Manage hiring formalities and employee exit
- Participate in personnel administration activities
- Update payroll elements in function of new company agreements
- Develop synthesis documents: dashboards, payroll mass, entries and/or exits
- Participate in the elaboration of the social balance
- Ensure sending of payroll documents
- Perform post-payroll work
- Communicate and answer employees' questions regarding payroll
