Inside Sales Specialist

JELD-WEN is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Sacramento. The role involves working with an experienced sales team to sell commercial door products and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite each week.

Requirements

• Maintain and oversee commercial product lines
• Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls and emails
• Process and maintain customer orders
• Maximize margin on sales
• Provide price quotes and quote follow-up
• Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges
• Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders
• Regularly reads trade publications and attends product knowledge (PK) seminars to stay current on industry trends and new product offerings in the Door and Hardware Market
