Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will perform preventive maintenance on various production equipment, develop and refine preventive maintenance procedures, and troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components.
Requirements
- Must have strong communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Will need to be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
- The ability to read and understand direction procedures in manuals
- How to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions
- Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools
- Hands on knowledge of volt meters and other test/measuring equipment
- Ability to solve problems
- 5+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance required
- Experienced with troubleshooting up to 480v 3ph equipment
- Experienced with troubleshooting control circuits
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Experienced with mill, lathe, surface grinder
- Experienced with MIG and TIG
- Familiar with RO and DI water systems
- Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment
