Job Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of facility operations for JELD-WEN's Charlotte headquarters, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment that supports organizational productivity and aligns with JELD-WEN's brand, culture, and operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of facilities or property management experience in an office or corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience managing building systems and maintenance programs
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
