Job Description
JELD-WEN is seeking a Plant Manager to direct all plant operations, contributing to the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in areas like SQDCI, TPS, OTD, and CI. This role involves manufacturing, budget management, safety & quality, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Direct and manage all Plant operations.
- Develop and implement the Plant budget.
- Implements cost-effective controls for operations and capital assets.
- Oversees safety and preventative maintenance.
- Covers labor, overtime, freight, and repairs.
- Maintains existing facilities and equipment.
- Develops/implements new materials and products.
- Coordinates Plant and production activities with Production Manager.
- Oversees implementation of new materials and product lines.
