Job Description
The Plant Maintenance Manager or Sr. Plant Maintenance Manager will plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities commensurate with good engineering practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience
- Minimum of seven years of hands-on plant maintenance experience
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
