Job Description
The Plant Maintenance Manager or Sr. Plant Maintenance Manager will plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities. They will manage approximately eight employees, develop and administer a preventive maintenance program, and analyze cost studies to reduce operating costs.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience
- Minimum of seven years of hands-on plant maintenance experience
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
