Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager at Lubrizol, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the site, managing central functions, and leading the site leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of products and services to customers, while maintaining a sound operation of the facility. You will also be responsible for promoting a plant culture that is responsive to the manufacturing environment and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or school
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including site management experience
• Proven ability to lead with minimal supervision and demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of batch and continuous chemical processing experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated processes
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office software; strong understanding of SAP
• Self-motivated, proactive with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, 'high energy,' team-orientated environment
