Plant Manager

The Laurel Plant Leader will be responsible for leading plant operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. The leader will manage a team of 9 direct reports and reports to Operations Director, Components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations or Business, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of broadening industrial assignments and experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in manufacturing, leading people in a cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: TPM manufacturing experience preferred; prior experience as Operations Leader/Controller/Supply Chain Leader; Business and financial acumen.
