Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to assist our team in providing value-added goods and services to our customers. The Quality Inspector will inspect all aspects of windows and doors manufactured within the Plant against published quality standards.

Requirements

• Inspect all aspects of windows and doors manufactured within the Plant against published quality standards
• Read and interpret drawings, use a tape measurer, calipers and basic knowledge of utilizing an I-Pad
• Effectively communicate with hourly production employees to include training them on their job tasks
• Coach employees when quality defects are identified
• Effectively communicate with Group Manages and Leaders, coaching and collaborating with them on solutions to quality obstacles
• Write Standard Operating Procedures and fill out various reports
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day, operate in a non-airconditioned manufacturing environment
