Job Description
The Marketing Manager – Hospitality, Gaming & Real Estate is responsible for leading all consumer-facing and brand strategy across Lupoli Companies' hospitality and real estate portfolio. This role serves as the primary marketing owner for assigned brands and properties, with direct accountability for strategy, execution, performance, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand positioning, and performance measurement
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
