Billing Specialist - Project Associate

Jensen Hughes is seeking a self-motivated Billing Specialist - Project Associate to manage the company's billing cycle and work closely with Project Managers and project financial accountants to resolve open-billing and AR issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in billing, collections and/or related areas and experience with large ERP or accounting software
• Hungry, career driven attitude for managing tight deadlines, improving processes, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel
