Job Description
Jensen Hughes is seeking a talented and experienced Engineer – Nuclear Safety/Graduate PSA to support development, review, and application of Probabilistic Safety Assessments (PSA) / Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for nuclear power plants. This role involves hands-on experience in nuclear risk modelling, safety case development, and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and offers a career in a leading international firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical (or related engineer / science discipline)
- 0–2 years of experience in the nuclear, energy, or process safety field
- Strong technical foundation in engineering principles
- Familiarity with PSA/PRA methodologies, fault tree and event tree logic, and safety analysis tools
- Knowledge of IAEA safety standards and international best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to hold and maintain US DoE Security Clearance
