Mid/Senior Level Fire Protection Engineer

Jensen Hughes is seeking a Mid/Senior Level Fire Protection Engineer to manage and implement consulting projects, develop fire protection strategies, and communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in building code and fire protection consulting, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and be a registered professional engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Fire Protection), Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Building Code and Fire Protection Consulting
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE), preferably in Fire Protection Engineering or other professional designation in Fire Protection, is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with developing building code concepts and equivalencies, conducting building plan reviews, and conducting field reviews/inspections
