Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support plant operations by keeping production equipment running safely and reliably. This role includes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment installs, and repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience working with belt conveyors, mixers, augers, and replacement of bearings
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance issues effectively
- Demonstrated safety-first mindset with a commitment to producing reliable, high-quality work
