Job Description
The Estimator is responsible for reviewing bid documents, ensuring drawings and specifications are accurate, and preparing material and work item quantities for cost estimating projects. The role requires a combination of formal education and experience in estimating practices, database administration, and computer programs related to sales and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university, or equivalent precast/construction work experience
- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficient in database administration and computer programs related to sales and customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor)
- Strong communications skills to include both verbal and written communication
