Lead manufacturing operations for precast concrete products, overseeing production, yard operations, and shipping and receiving activities while driving safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressively increasing supervisory and management responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing production teams in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in plant safety with the ability to identify, diagnose, and address operational and people-safety risks
