Job Description
Jenzabar is looking for a Client Success Manager with a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service with 2+ years of experience. The primary territory would include South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, New Mexico, and a small number of clients in Canada and Michigan.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Higher Education and/or Client Service
- Background in Higher Education or industry
- Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
