Cloud Operations Administrator II

As a Cloud Operations Administrator II, the candidate will support and manage day-to-day operations of customer hosted cloud environments, perform advanced tasks, and troubleshoot issues related to the Jenzabar One ecosystem.

Requirements

• Help manage cloud resources, ensuring proper configuration, performance, and availability
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting to address server-side issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve more complex cloud-related issues
• Collaborate with other teams to assist hosted customers
• Provide detailed incident reports and post-mortem analysis
• Work with the team to identify and implement processes to improve efficiency of business processes
• Provide excellent customer support for cloud-related incidents
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency of Jenzabar cloud deployments, processes, and core application stack
• Serve as an escalation point for Cloud Operations Specialist I and Network Operations Center (NOC) team
