Requirements

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities
• Lead or support proposal development
• Represent JEO in client meetings and industry events
• Collaborate with technical departments to support market growth
• Serve as Project Manager for assigned projects
• Provide technical oversight and sound engineering judgment
• Monitor project financial performance and manage risks
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and codes
• Mentor and support engineering staff
