Job Description
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), is a key member of the JERA Americas FP&A team and collaborates closely with business segments to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting cycle
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance
- Serve as the primary FP&A partner to leadership within asset management, commercial, and corporate departments
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion
