Data Analyst for Compensation and Benefits role to support strategic decisions with data analysis, Python, Power BI, and critical thinking. Analyze compensation and benefits data, develop dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, HR, Management, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in analysis and data science, ideally in large organizations
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Mandatory knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and programming language (preferentially SQL and Python)
- Good communication and adaptation to different audiences, collaborative, autonomous, and responsible
- Proactivity in dynamic environments with a focus on results
