We are currently recruiting for the position of Shop Manager / Shop Manageress Biedronka. The role involves managing a team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the shop's availability of products and functionality.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a team
• Communicativeness, independence, and proactivity in action
• Sales target-oriented attitude
• Willingness to perform physical work and work in a shift system (including weekends and holidays)
• Minimum secondary education
• Willingness to learn new things and develop their skills
• Engagement and attitude to teamwork
